LOVE MANILA

Seeing this post on social media that you’re healing little by little from the industrial waste and automobiles used by people everyday are heart-warming.

I’ve been living in Metro for 4 years when I moved and work here, I never experienced much things from mother nature. In the past couple of weeks, people stayed at home due to the coronavirus and also as our President mandatory to put the nation under enhanced community quarantine. I’ve seen a lot of difference from her. I can hear birds chirping, feel the cool breeze in the morning and no vehicles honking (because our house located near to the guard post so people in the village honks regularly) 🤦🏼‍♀️

Apart from this, I also realize that we do have a lot of things to feel grateful and thankful for our mother nature. She had a lot of it, that sometimes we forgot to embrace and feel.

Looking forward for more exciting things that she would allow me to experience. ♡

Expenses in this Crisis

Yesterday I just take a glimpse to check my savings account online. I saw my employers deposit my paycheck for the month of March. I just feel thankful and blessed that I still have a work despite of this health war.

I realize that we must have a savings or an emergency fund to be prepared in a situation like this. We are facing this pandemic together, but we are oneself when it comes to our income and expenses.

Local Government Units, Donations and other Non Government Organization can ease our daily problems but the question is for how long? Was it enough?

So in this, I’m encouraging you guys to start saving now not just for this situation but also to other ones like this. Try to save 5-15% of your income, the more the better.

Stay safe everyone! Together we care, together we heal.
